Your responsibilities

Reporting to the attraction manager, you will be responsible for all activities of the attraction: Ticketing, animation, catering,
and maintenance.
Oversee the handling of cash operations in the cash registers and deposits.
Verifies the safety and cleanliness of the equipment and modules and makes corrections if necessary.
Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Supervises the opening and closing of the labyrinth.
Writes a daily report of events and provides feedback to team leaders and your superior.
Manages inventory. Plan schedules.
Evaluate workload with particular attention to group bookings.
Promotes excellence in customer service.
Collaborates in the selection and training of staff.
Shares relevant information with employees and holds regular team meetings.
Adheres to the company’s values of respect, inclusion, sharing and staff development.

Your skills

You have completed (or are about to complete) you’re training in administration/management/HR or have relevant experience.
You are bilingual, punctual, organized, proactive and have a cheerful personality.
You are honest, autonomous, responsible, analytical, and quick to make decisions.
You have a good sense of leadership in supervising and motivating your teams.
You are calm, tactful and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You can manage multiple tasks and prioritize them.
You are motivated to achieve team goals.

Our season of operation

June 1st to June 21st: Open weekends and holidays from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
June 22nd to August 25th: Open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
August 26th to September 1st: Open daily from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm.
September 2nd to October 27th: Open weekends and holidays from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm.
